MENTOR Adult Day Health

MENTOR Adult Day Health has locations across the state of Kentucky. Each of our locations operates as a vibrant “community center” with services tailored to the needs of each individual we serve. We also offer Attendant Care services, which enable elders to live independently in the comfort of
their own home by providing daily living supports including housekeeping, help with meals and personal care, and mobility supports. Our caring staff provide a personalized mix of services and supports to enable them to live healthier, more independent lives in their community.
