MENTOR Adult Day Health centers are warm, welcoming day programs designed with elders’ medical, emotional and social health in mind. Caring nurses provide the daily medical services elders need to thrive and be independent, while enriching social activities provide opportunities to make friends and be active members of their community.

High-Quality Medical Supports
Caring nurses work in our centers each day to provide care for any medical need. Nurses provide medication management and help ensure that each adult receives the medical services they need to avoid higher levels of care such as nursing facilities.
A Taste of Home
Our locations operate as vibrant cultural community centers, with nutritious meals, activities and other services that reflect the home cultures of our participants. From tai chi classes to holiday celebrations, our bilingual staff provide a taste of home for adults from Haitian, Chinese, Russian and many other cultures.
Fun, Enriching Activities
At our centers, elders become part of an enriching community where they can participate in activities they enjoy while making meaningful friendships. Take an exercise class. Have a lively conversation about current events over a cup of tea. Enjoy being a part of our community!

Transportation
We offer transportation to and from our centers and community events. Participants never need to worry about getting to the center or missing an important appointment.
