For elders and other adults with medical or rehabilitative needs, independence often means being able to go where they need to go without having to rely on family and friends. Our Adult Day Health centers provide convenient transportation in wheelchair-accessible vehicles. This allows participants to be as active in the community as possible without having to worry about having a safe, secure ride. Our staff provide drop-off and pick-up services to and from our centers each day as well as to:
- Medical appointments
- Community activities
- Shopping and other errands
